ECSTATIC DANCE HEALTHY in Aarde Oase op de tweede zondag van de maand, om 14 u, live met telkens één multi-instrumentalist.

‘Onze’ multi-instrumentalisten spelen Ecstatic Dance in Aarde Oase met originele  meditatieve, stille, melodieuze, vrolijke, speelse, dynamische en extatische muziek. Allen spelen ze zowel blaas-, snaar-, als slaginstrumenten.

BUITEN met fantastisch panorama bij mooi weer. BINNEN in onze kwart open uilenschuur met dansvloer en zicht op het bos bij slecht weer.

 

OPWARMER door  ?

PICKNICK zonder alcohol om 18 u, enkel voor de dansers/danseressen. Bij voorkeur eco food. Gebruik zo weinig mogelijk wegwerpverpakking en neem dit mee naar huis.

SAUNA aan 12 euro per persoon, enkel via inschrijving en betaling voor donderdag om 14 u. Onze Finse sauna is open op Ecstatic Dance-zondag voor u met dansticket en op de zaterdag vooraf open voor kampeerders met dansticket vanaf 18.30 u tot 21.30 u

KAMPEREN
Kamperen is gratis mits inschrijving voor donderdag 14 u. Douche aan 1 euro. contact@frankpolders.com.
Daarna: 15 euro per persoon per nacht. Kampeerders met dansticket mogen zaterdag tussen 17 u en 19 u arriveren.
Stilte vanaf 22 u
Géén alcohol of andere drugs tijdens E D en de kampeerperiode. .

WARM UP  ?

PICNIC without alcohol at 6 pm, only for dancers. Preferably eco food. We are happy to put your picnic in our fridges. Use as little disposable packaging as possible and take it home with you.

SAUNA at 12 euros per person, only by registration and payment before Thursday at 2 pm. Our Finnish sauna is open on Ecstatic Dance Sunday from 6.30 pm till 9.30 pm for you with a dance ticket and the Saturday in advance for campers with a dance ticket from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm

CAMPING
Camping is free if you register before 2 p.m. on Thursday. Shower: 1 euro. After that: 15 euros per person per night. Camping people with dancing ticket can arrive on Saturday between 5 pm and 7 pm.
Silence from 10 pm
No alcohol or other drugs during E D and the camping period. .

Sober, so consciously fully present, Don't talk and sink in the dance Barefoot in contact with the ground
No smoking anywhere during the music
The duration of the dance is 2 hours (plus warm-up = 20 minutes)

PIQUE-NIQUE sans alcool à 18h, uniquement pour les danseurs. Nourriture écologique de préférence. Nous nous ferons un plaisir de mettre votre pique-nique dans nos frigos. Utilisez le moins d'emballages jetables possible et ramenez-les chez vous.
